Brightline Design is a reputable Architectural Practice located in Halifax, established by Richard Foster and James Whipp in January 2011. Our team has over 20 years of experience working in Architectural Practices across West Yorkshire. We are committed to providing quality designs, professional and personalized services, and competitive rates to our clients. Our ethos is to provide clients with all the necessary information required to obtain Statutory Approvals, obtain prices, and construct the final project, rather than providing the minimum level of information. We work around our clients' schedules and are available to serve you throughout the Yorkshire area.

New Builds

We design new build properties tailored to our clients' needs, taking into consideration the local area and providing modern architecture with traditional materials. Our design for a new build property in Gomersal's green belt is an example of our work, where we combined modern architecture with traditional materials to create a design that not only met the client's needs but also upgraded the local area.

3D Images

We provide 3D visualizations to assist planning applications or for sale purposes. Our work with a local house builder is an example of how we helped provide 3D visualizations that were used as part of the planning application and for sale purposes, allowing the client to sell off-plan.

Rear Extensions

We provide clients with larger kitchen and living spaces by extending their properties. Our work on a rear extension in Halifax is an example of how we provided a space that could be used for dinner parties and entertaining while also providing a space that joined the indoors to the outside, giving the children a great environment to play in.

Planning and Building Regulations

We provide planning and building regulations services, including the preparation of planning drawings and submission, construction drawings for building control and builders, and specification details. We have a list of trusted builders who can provide quotes for all building works.
